I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable in sharing your challenges and concerns. My goal is to help you explore and understand your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.  


By utilizing a multicultural lens in therapy, I am able to provide a culturally sensitive and responsive approach that takes into consideration factors such as race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity.


My approach is based on a client-centered approach, using therapeutic techniques such as  cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, solution-focused therapy, and more to fit your unique needs. I believe that changing your thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors can help you overcome your difficulties and achieve your goals.


During our sessions, we will work together to identify your strengths and challenges. We will explore your experiences, beliefs, and emotions that may be causing distress in your life. We will also develop a plan of action that includes practical strategies and coping skills to overcome your obstacles.


As your therapist, I am here to support you through your journey of self-discovery and growth. I am dedicated to helping you live a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
