What is Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy? 

(CBT)

Helps you become

aware of your inaccurate, irritation, or negative thought processes so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.

It can be a very helpful,

either alone or in combination with other therapy treatment modals when treating other mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
