My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood while supporting you through life’s challenges and helping you recognize your inner strength. I believe we all have the ability to grow and make meaningful changes.

I have over seven years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and transitional mental health settings. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personality disorders, addiction, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and nonjudgmental. I draw from CBT, DBT, person-centered, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapies, tailoring treatment to your individual needs. Spiritual and creative approaches are also available upon request.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University.
