Deborah serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at the psychotherapy practice, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the daily operations that support high-quality clinical care. She is responsible for streamlining internal systems, managing administrative teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Her leadership plays a vital role in fostering a supportive, organized, and efficient environment for both clinicians and clients.

 

With a keen focus on operational excellence and client-centered service, Deborah works closely with executive leadership to implement long-term strategies that enhance practice growth and improve client outcomes. She is known for her solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to balance the needs of staff, providers, and clients.

 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Deborah enjoys traveling, going on cruises, and staying active through regular daily workouts and group fitness classes. Her passion for exploration and wellness brings an energetic, well-balanced perspective to her leadership and contributes to the positive culture of the organization.
