Meet Heidy,

Life can bring moments when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what comes next. You may be navigating anxiety, difficult relationships, past experiences, major life changes, or trying to understand patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust and authentic connection. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and empowering. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognize the resilience you already possess, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are—even if you're still figuring out what you need.

As a bilingual therapist, my experience working alongside Latinx and Hispanic communities has deepened my understanding of how culture, family, traditions, and identity can shape our experiences. I bring that same cultural curiosity and respect to every therapeutic relationship and warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes, the first step is simply finding someone who will listen, understand, and walk alongside you. It would be my privilege to support you as you move toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more authentically your own.
