Life can feel heavy in ways we don't always know how to explain. Some days feel overwhelming, while others leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you to therapy, you'll find a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely heard.

My approach is compassionate, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe meaningful change begins by meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we'll make sense of what's been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.

Every person brings a unique story, and no two therapy journeys look the same. I tailor each session to your individual experiences, strengths, and goals, creating a space where you can explore challenges openly while building lasting skills for growth. Using evidence-based approaches and genuine compassion, I strive to help you create meaningful, lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counseling from Capella University and am supervised by Cassandra DeWall, M.Ed., LPC-S. Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than 15 years in the medical field and have a background in Special Education. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the many ways life's challenges can affect emotional well-being and allow me to bring both clinical knowledge and practical perspective to my work with clients.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to face it alone. When you're ready, I'm here to help you take the next step toward a life that feels steadier, more fulfilling, and more like your own.
