What is Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy?

(CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) facilitates the awareness of inaccurate, irritating, or negative thought processes, enabling individuals to perceive challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective manner.

It can be incredibly beneficial either alone or when combined with other therapy modalities in the treatment of various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
