I also support clients navigating grief, self-harm, eating disorders, phobias, chronic illness, and major life transitions—including those struggling with pain management and boundary setting.

 

I bring a strong foundation in clinical care, holding a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Clinical Counseling and a certificate in Primary Care Behavioral Health, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Addiction. This diverse academic background informs my integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy.

 

My style is collaborative and holistic—I draw from cognitive, behavioral, and systemic models, tailoring treatment to meet you where you are. I also incorporate expressive and creative arts for clients who may find it difficult to express themselves through words alone. I believe that no matter your age or background, healing and growth are possible.
