With over 29 years of experience in education and human services, Eva brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world insight to her practice. Her professional background includes serving as a juvenile probation officer, working as an educator, and previously providing services as a Master’s Level Mental Health Rehabilitation Therapist with the Harris Center. Additionally, Eva provides pre-marital and marital counseling, helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop healthier relational patterns.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Eva utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Through a trauma-informed lens, she prioritizes emotional safety, empowerment, and collaboration in the healing process.
Eva is passionate about helping individuals and families break unhealthy cycles, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
