Ross

My name is Crystal Ross and my specialty focus are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Strength-based Therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety, neurodivergence, breaking the cycle of shame and guilt, boundary issues, dating and relationship counseling, decision-making, depression, identity issues, self-esteem, sexual and intimacy issues, and work-related stress. I am particularly adept at working with adolescents and young adults,

creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment that facilitates personal growth and healing.

My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to connect empathically with people from all walks of life, offering a safe space where clients feel heard and validated. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and relaxed, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the complexities of change, believing firmly that the journey of self-discovery and improvement, though daunting, is far more rewarding than the stagnation of the status quo.

Born in Massachusetts and having lived in various parts of the United States, including a significant portion of her life in Texas, I bring a wide range of cultural and personal experiences to my practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hawaii Pacific State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), skilled in a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities.

I am greatly committed to inclusivity and empowerment, creating a space where you can express yourself freely and work toward becoming your best self. Let’s embark on this journey together!
