She is known for her solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to balance the needs of staff, providers, and clients. Her leadership plays a vital role in fostering a supportive, organized, and efficient environment for both clinicians and clients.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Deborah enjoys traveling, going on cruises, and staying active. Her passion for exploration and wellness brings a well-balanced perspective to her leadership and positive culture to the organization.

Nickole serves as our Regional Office Director, providing essential leadership and administrative support to ensure smooth, compassionate, and efficient day-to-day operations, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and clinicians.

 

With a strong educational background in organizational management and customer service, her attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality are key in maintaining the integrity and trust that define the therapeutic setting.

 

Outside of her professional role, Nickole enjoys reading, hiking local trails, and exploring new coffee shops. Her love for learning and calm, thoughtful nature brings warmth and steadiness to her leadership style.

Hannah serves as our Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR functions. She maintains employee records, coordinates benefits, manages compliance documentation, and fosters a positive workplace culture.

 

Known for her organization, discretion, and people-first approach, Hannah ensures team members feel supported and valued. She upholds ethical standards, contributing to a healthy, inclusive environment where individuals thrive.

 

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys playing soccer, spending time with her two dogs, and baking new dessert recipes. She also volunteers at animal shelters, bringing her energetic, nurturing personality to both her personal and professional life.

Naisha serves as one of our Billing Coordinators, where she is responsible for managing the internal billing process and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of claims and invoices. 

 

With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational efficiency, Naisha ensures that all internal billing processes are handled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the financial integrity and success of the company.

 

Outside of work, Naisha stays active by playing pickleball, enjoying the sport while connecting with others. She also embraces her creative side through art, designing unique pieces. Her passion for creativity brings balance, complementing her professional approach.

Courtney serves as one of our Billing Coordinators, playing a key role in ensuring smooth billing operations and accurate processing.

 

She reviews billing data, reconciles discrepancies, and maintains clear, audit-ready records. Courtney collaborates with the administrative team to keep operations smooth, timely, and error-free, contributing to both efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys watching movies to unwind. From gripping dramas to feel-good comedies, she appreciates storytelling and how it helps her relax after a busy day, Her love for film adds a creative balance to her routine, helping her stay refreshed and focused in her work..

Sharon serves as our Patient Support Specialist, helping create a welcoming and well-supported experience for those receiving care.

She assists with patient communication and administrative needs, working closely with our team to ensure questions are addressed and the patient experience remains smooth and organized.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys taking spontaneous road trips, she has a soft spot for escape rooms, true-crime mysteries, and discovering off-the-beaten-path destinations.

 

When she’s ready to slow things down, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and planning her next adventure.

Allen serves as our Auditor and Compliance Analyst, bringing a strong educational background and expertise in auditing, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.

 

In his role, he is responsible for conducting detailed audits, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring that all financial and operational practices align with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies.
