Her leadership plays a vital role in fostering a supportive, organized, and efficient environment for both clinicians and clients.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Deborah enjoys traveling, going on cruises, and staying active. Her passion for exploration and wellness brings a well-balanced perspective to her leadership and positive culture to the organization.

Nickole Tyler
Nickole serves as our Regional Office Director, providing essential leadership and administrative support to ensure smooth, compassionate, and efficient day-to-day operations, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and clinicians.
With a strong educational background in organizational management and customer service, her attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality are key in maintaining the integrity and trust that define the therapeutic setting.
Outside of her professional role, Nickole enjoys reading, hiking local trails, and exploring new coffee shops. Her love for learning and calm, thoughtful nature brings warmth and steadiness to her leadership style.

Hannah Zoeltsch
Hannah serves as our Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR functions. She maintains employee records, coordinates benefits, manages compliance documentation, and fosters a positive workplace culture.
Known for her organization, discretion, and people-first approach, Hannah ensures team members feel supported and valued. She upholds ethical standards, contributing to a healthy, inclusive environment where individuals thrive.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys playing soccer, spending time with her two dogs, and baking new dessert recipes. She also volunteers at animal shelters, bringing her energetic, nurturing personality to both her personal and professional life.

Naisha serves as one of our Billing Coordinators, where she is responsible for managing the internal billing process and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of claims and invoices.
With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational efficiency, Naisha ensures that all internal billing processes are handled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the financial integrity and success of the company.
Outside of work, Naisha stays active by playing pickleball, enjoying the sport while connecting with others. She also embraces her creative side through art, designing unique pieces. Her passion for creativity brings balance, complementing her professional approach.
