Tyesha
Taylor

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s emotional challenges with support, understanding, and practical guidance. With over a decade of experience in educational and counseling settings, I bring warmth, patience, and genuine care into every session.
I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, depression, self-esteem, emotional exhaustion, family conflict, or life transitions, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I have experience providing tele-health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. My background as both an educator and counselor allows me to approach therapy from a holistic perspective while helping clients develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build confidence.
Tyesha Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at Lamar University with a focus on counseling, leadership, and supervision. She is supervised by Lakeshia Whitmire-Jarmon, LPC-S.
