I believe therapy is a space where you can lay down the weight of expectations and begin reconnecting with your true self. I offer an approach that feels “off the record”—genuine, conversational, and human—because healing works best when it happens in ways that feel natural and true to you.

As a clinician licensed in New Mexico (LMHC) and Texas (LPC-Associate), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), I bring experience from community, residential, school-based, and crisis settings into my work with clients. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with a focus on creating therapy on *your* terms.

I use integrative methods that adapt to your pace, needs, and goals. This may mean slowing down and building trust when you need safety, or working together to challenge unhelpful patterns when you’re ready for change. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, grounded, and someone who helps them feel seen without judgment—while gently guiding them toward clarity and self-trust.

What makes my work unique is the balance of professional training and real-world presence I bring into every session. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” therapy; I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, whether that’s navigating trauma, managing anxiety, rebuilding after loss, or simply searching for deeper meaning.

Above all, I am here to walk alongside you with authenticity, warmth, and presence. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you deserve.
