Leah
Williams

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Karen Jones, LPC-S, and I am genuinely passionate about empowering teens, young adults, couples, and families—especially those navigating the complexities of neurodiversity and unique emotional or behavioral needs.
My work is shaped not only by formal education, a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Angelo State University, but by the depth of my lived experience. I have taught in both general and special education classrooms, coached youth athletes, served as an intake counselor for child and adult protective services, and I am the parent of a young man with significant special needs. These roles have given me a profound understanding of what it means to advocate, to adapt, and to walk alongside individuals and families through both challenges and triumphs.
I meet every client exactly where they are, honoring their story, strengths, and potential. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply individualized. I believe every person deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and understood—and where they can build the tools and confidence to thrive emotionally, socially, academically, and beyond.
Outside of my professional world, I’m a proud mom of two young adult sons. We love exploring the outdoors together, hiking, adventuring, and cheering on our favorite sports team.
I would be honored to support you or your family on the journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. Leah Williams, LPC-Associate, is supervised by Karen Jones, LPC-S, ensuring a high standard of professional practice and continuous development.
