Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward can be exhausting—especially when you’re trying to manage it on your own. I work with older teens, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, anger, and difficult or unhealthy patterns in their lives. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, compassionate, and free of judgment. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels safe and respectful. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in a relationship, or finding yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, I walk alongside you as you explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want.

My approach is gentle and supportive, grounded in the belief that growth happens when people feel understood and accepted. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change that feels sustainable and authentic to you. I aim to help clients feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and empowered in their relationships and daily lives.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by Josh Kellar, LMFT-S, LPC-S, and I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Carolina University.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward clarity, connection, and growth.
