Meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, understood enough to feel supported, and empowered enough to begin making meaningful changes.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, grief, self-esteem, family and relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also have experience working with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I work to understand the experiences, relationships, and patterns influencing how you feel today—and help you develop practical tools for moving forward with greater confidence.

The goal isn’t to erase what you’ve been through —
it’s to help it have less power over where you go next.

I integrate CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches, selecting what best supports your needs and goals.

My work with children and adolescents is designed to feel engaging and approachable while also helping families create meaningful change beyond the therapy room.
Faith and spirituality can be incorporated when meaningful to you, and I welcome people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences.

Therapy with me is a place to feel understood, discover what’s possible, and begin creating change that reaches far beyond the session.
